Patient Billing

Our practice financial policies ensure that you have a smooth experience and that you are well informed prior to your endodontic treatment.

Payment is required at the start of treatment. Insurance benefits, which help with your fees incurred in the course of dental work, are typically limited amounts. Our office will collect the estimated out-of-pocket portion on the day the treatment is started and submit your insurance claim on your behalf. 

Most insurance companies will respond within 3 – 4 weeks. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility and due upon receipt of your statement. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.

For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

If you do not have insurance, or have met your annual maximum coverage, we are proud to offer financing through CareCredit. Please visit their website for additional information and let us know if you have any questions.
